What properties are offered by Casa Victor?
Casa Victor currently offers two exceptional properties:
The Casa Victor Villa (Saint-Tropez):
A prestigious 554 m² property set on 4,800 m² of land, featuring a main villa and a guest house.
The Montaigne Apartment (Paris):
A luxury 124 m² penthouse with a 23 m² terrace, offering breathtaking 360° views over the capital.
How many people can stay at the Casa Victor Villa in Saint-Tropez?
The villa features 7 bedrooms (1 Master suite and 6 guest bedrooms) and 7 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Two additional bedrooms are also dedicated to household staff.
What wellness facilities are available?
In Saint-Tropez, you can enjoy high-end amenities:

Yes. At the Casa Victor Villa, household staff are present 7 days a week (approximately 6.5 hours per day). The villa is managed by a House Manager to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
Do you offer concierge services?
Absolutely. Concierge services are provided by our household staff. In addition, a tourism expert is available 24/7 by phone to organize your activities, reservations, or transfers in the region.
Can guests benefit from a private chef service?
Yes, a chef can be made available upon request to prepare tailor-made meals directly at the villa.
What technological equipment do the properties offer?
All our properties are equipped with fiber-optic internet (Wi-Fi) accessible throughout the house and outdoor areas. Security is ensured by alarm systems and remote monitoring.
Where exactly are the properties located?
Saint-Tropez:
The villa offers stunning views over the Bay of Canoubiers, Château Borelli, and the Belle Isnarde vineyards. It is located just a few minutes’ drive from the beaches (Tahiti Beach) and Place des Lices.
Paris:
The apartment is located on the prestigious Avenue Montaigne, on the 8th floor of a high-end residential building.
